Your roof is either an expense or an asset.
Solar is a financial decision before it is an environmental one. We will show you the payback period on your actual roof and tell you plainly when the numbers do not work.

Every figure on this site is an estimate from Triangle averages with its assumptions published. Your real number comes from a site visit.

When we tell people not to
A north-facing roof in the Triangle produces roughly 62% of what the same array makes facing south. On a heavily shaded lot the number falls further, and there is a point past which the payback period exceeds the life of the panels.
We would rather lose the sale than install a system that never returns. If your roof is wrong for it, we will say so on the first visit and it will not cost you anything.
